OB Appointment

I'm safe at home.....for now. Had my OB appointment earlier today. Still have protein in my urine - same amount I've had for the past three weeks - so nothing too concerning. My blood pressure was elevated and I've begun to swell. Oh yeah, and I've gained 7 pounds in a week. Babies look good though. I had blood drawn to test for toxemia (the stage before pre-eclampsia). If I have it, I will be in the hospital for the duration of my pregnancy. So let's hope I don't have it : ) I'm not dilated at all......woo hoo!

We went by the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition set on the way home. They already have the old house demolished and they are framing the new house already. They have it all blocked off, but I could see some things. Even though it was raining, there were a lot of viewers out taking a peak. Lots of security in that area.......I wanted to get out SO bad and walk up there. I need one of those Hoverounds! Ha Ha. Next time I'm out, maybe I can talk Bri into going by there again so we can take pics.....although they might be finished by then! I think I got the scoop.....hottie Ty Pennington is staying at the Paradise Hotel, I'm pretty sure. Someone said they saw him at Texas Roadhouse on Monday night. The best way to see the house is from Willow and 14th Street. They also have a viewers shuttle bus that picks up and drops off at Sears in Pekin.
