Family is very important to me and we love having get togethers. This one was very special because Brian's sister, Diane, is leaving for Afghanistan soon. She will be gone for at least 6 months. Although it is a very sad time for us, we wanted to have a surprise party for her so we could celebrate family and friends. We had a great time.....always do. We are going to miss Aunt Diane like C-R-A-Z-Y but we will get to see her through Skype! Yeah!! I can't talk about it anymore.....it's making me really sad.

I totally understand. My brother-in-law has been deployed since last year and we are getting excited about him coming home. Just remember that the best thing that you can do for her is send her things, no matter how trivial. My brother-in-law loves getting mail. If you go online to the post office you can order boxes for free.
